      looks like there is an optional removable center kit for allowing maintenance....

            auto stacker advertises on garagejournal.com website. If you want to know about various lifts and get feed back from people who use them, that is the site to go to.

              Interesting design, thought it was a giant portable unit at first but it would require a fair amount of install, the control console appears and disappears from various pics, assume it is a remote piece that would need floor work to tie wires / hydraulics into the unit.. nice find.
