    poolboy rebuilt the Z-S Carbs. Philstr6 rebuilt both rear hubs.

            An admirable undertaking!

            Did you somehow mark "FRONT" again on the top spring, or otherwise make some indication on it?

            Points, Ballast Bypassed, Bosch Blue Coil, Moss Cobalt Wires, Champion RN12YC plugs.
            Peaks and tweaks, but the spirit of Original

              Well, since the marking was on the top leaf, but orientation only really matters on the bottom leaf, I lost that information when I took the spring apart, and didn't keep track of it. I guess I won't know if I mounted the spring the right way round until I try to assemble the rest of the suspension. Once I know it's right, I'll probably mark it somehow.

              Live and learn.
