  • What is Triumph Tune

I have a Triumph Tune valve cover on my car. And I never really thought about it until now. What or who is Triumph Tune?

At some point, SAH became TriumphTune, as ownership of the company passed on from Sid Hurrell to his son Terry. When I bought stuff from them in the early 80's, it was TriumphTune and I dealt with Terry. Further on down the road, TriumphTune became part of Cox and Buckles, which I believe was a UK based supplier of Triumph parts. And then, Moss or Moss UK acquired Cox and Buckles. I also have a TriumphTune rocker cover, purchased in the early 80's.
