    1973 TR6, BRG w/bone interior; restoration completed 2017
    1968 TR250, started complete restoration Sep 2017; currently BRG but going back to original Signal Red

    Hi Doug,
    I've used ebc yellow on my Triumph, and reds on other cars, no experience with greens, but I'd expect the break in to be similar.
    I remember the recommendation being many hundreds of miles. Until the break in coating is gone, and they've been thru a proper beding in cycle (up to full stinking hot temps, then cooled down to ambient), they won't offer full performance.

    I've noticed that the more "performance oriented" the pads are, the more important beding in is.

    The $9.99 pads seem to not care about any of that.
