  • Wilwood Master Cylinder

I just updated my site showing the installation of a Wilwood M/C. I took a road trip to Maine to visit Rick & Teena Patton and to pick up a new batch of CNC cut panels for my interior kit business. As part of the visit we installed a WIlwood M/C, a rebuilt water pump, replaced the fuel pressure regulator gauge and changed the oil/filter.

Here's a couple of pictures of the new M/C ..... and for some reason this new Forum won't let me just post a couple of pictures..... instead it takes the link to my site and shows all the pictures...
    Attached Files

    HVDA Toyota 5 speed
    Goodparts Nissan Diff

Either use the old [img] [/img] BB Code tags as before or use the image icon in the Advanced editor.

Thanks for posting Bob. My thought upon seeing this was, " cool, but why bother?". After reading the write up on your website, seems like you are of the opinion that the Wilwood will last longer than a stock MC - what is it about this design vs. the stock unit that suggests that?

Secondly, do you know how the internal diameter of this unit compares to that of the stock MC? Now if it were of slightly larger diameter, it would result in less pedal travel (albeit at cost of slightly harder pedal effort) - and that might be attractive to some.
