to my surprise after hibernation my high beams do not work, low beams do and blue high beam indicator works. Fuses look good, I am stumped. Suggestions?

Well, seeing that the blue high beam indicator works, the problem should be at one of two connection points or as Walt implied, both high beams are burnt out.
Under the dash at the end of the pigtail from the dimmer switch there should be three blue/white wires in a double bullet/sleeve connector. There is another three blue/white wire double bullet/sleeve connector on the LH headlight pigtail coming through the driver's inner fender behind the headlight. The connectors might actually be on the inside of the radiator shroud. Check that all three wires are fully inserted and tight in the sleeves.
If no problem is found, you could check for battery voltage at the connectors (front first), but you will probably find it's the bulbs or maybe the bulb connectors.
