  • Front marker light orientation

Not sure how I missed it but I neglected to get pictures of the front marker lights when I dismantled the car.

Is this the right orientation for the marker light, thick edge to the front?

    Thanks!

It's amazing how many side marker lenses are accidentally "swapped". I saw quite a few at Triumphest last weekend that were wrong. The original lenses were marked "LH" and "RH" if I recall.

Mine are repros from TRF. I didn't think to take off the lens to see if they were marked inside. Oh well, at least I got them right the first time!

I believe the idea (maybe a safety regulation) was to have the reflective surface of the light parallel to the car centerline.

I believe the bases are identical. It is just the lenses that are different left to right. Original lenses are marked RH and LH.
